Hi, I’m David Feder, and real estate has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I watched my family invest in homes, condos, and even international hotels. But I also witnessed the struggles my family faced when working with realtors who couldn’t, or wouldn’t give a clear answer about why a property was priced the way it was.
The sad truth is, many realtors sell only one or two homes a year. Their priority is often to sell a property as quickly as possible, even if it means undervaluing it. I saw this firsthand when my mother experienced hardships, trusting agents who seemed more focused on quick sales than on providing honest, accurate information.
